Tropical green coconut smoothies! Here to brighten up your winter vibes with kale, ginger, lemon, mango, pineapple, banana and coconut milk. Dairy free + paleo friendly.


  • 1 cup packed green kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 small apple
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 tbps lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups coconut milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • hemp seeds for garnish (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until completely smooth, thinning with a tiny bit of water if necessary.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and top with sliced banana and hemp seeds if desired.
  3. Enjoy!!
